Filming completes for me as lead Toni in Wicked Winter's new online LGBTQ+ web series, Practice Run.
It's a bitter-sweet moment when you complete a project, as an actor you're excited to see the end result of your work and as a storyteller you want to stay in that world a little longer. It was especially hard as the team were absolutely wonderful to work with. Jade Winters, Writer and Director, was kind, full of jokes and a joy to follow. Alex Hogben was warm and welcoming to everyone on set and the DOP, Hamish Nicholls, has such a brilliant eye I've enlisted his help in my own short film, filming early 2022.
The rest of the cast were also fabulous to work alongside. Including Katie Louise Berry as 'Kelli' and Sky TV's Natalie Gayle as 'Jo'.
